Where we ship
At this time, Gravel Threads ships within the United States only.

Made to order and processing time
All items are made to order typically ship within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping speed and delivery estimates
To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we primarily use standard shipping. After your order ships, typical delivery within the United States is about 3 to 5 business days. In some cases, carrier delays and peak periods can add extra time.

As a general estimate, most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days from the date you place your order. In rare cases, delivery can take longer.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier cannot deliver it, we can reship it. Additional shipping costs may apply.

My order shows delivered but I do not have it
Please check the tracking link first. Then confirm the delivery address and check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at james@gravelthreads.com with your order number and we will help.

My order is delayed
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, email james@gravelthreads.com with your order number and we will look into it.
