Are items made to order?
Yes. All items are made to order and will ship within 3 to 7 business days.

How long does shipping take?
To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we primarily use standard shipping. After your order ships, typical delivery within the United States is about 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within about 6 to 12 business days from the date you place your order. In rare cases, delivery can take longer.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

What if my order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect?
Contact us at james@gravelthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Who pays for return shipping?
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, Gravel Threads will cover return shipping if a return is needed. If you are returning due to sizing or because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

How do I start a return?
Email james@gravelthreads.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If approved, we will send return instructions.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it. Additional shipping costs may apply.
