Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return
Email james@gravelthreads.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions.

Misprint, damage, or wrong item
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at james@gravelthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right, and Gravel Threads will cover return shipping if a return is needed.

Sizing or change of mind
If you are returning an item due to sizing or because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable. Personalized or special-order items are not returnable unless they arrive misprinted, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
