Refund Policy

Return window
Eligible returns must be requested and shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Returns shipped after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.

If you contact Gravel Threads within the 30-day return window but are waiting for return instructions from us, your return will remain eligible as long as it is shipped within 7 days of receiving those instructions.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return
Email james@gravelthreads.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping
If your item arrived misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, Gravel Threads will cover return shipping when a return is required.

For returns due to sizing, fit, or a change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Misprint, damage, or wrong item
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at james@gravelthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right. Gravel Threads will cover return shipping if a return is needed.

Sizing or change of mind
If you are returning an item due to sizing, fit, or because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable.

Personalized or special-order items are not returnable unless they arrive misprinted, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest option is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
